Questions
Is my selfie private?
Yes. Uploaded photos and trained twins are stored in a private bucket with no public link, and you can delete everything at any time from Settings. Finished results get a share link only when you share them.
Can I get a refund?
No. Credits are delivered immediately, and you confirm at checkout that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right. If a generation fails, you get it again for free or the credits back.
Who can use Doppelshot?
Adults only. Every person shown in the photos you upload must have agreed.
Are the results AI-generated?
Yes, every result is AI-generated and carries a machine-readable marker.
