Terms of Service

1. The service

Doppelshot generates AI images and videos from photos you upload, sold as credits. Credits are consumed per generation at the prices shown in the app before you confirm.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You confirm that every person shown in the photos you upload is an adult who agreed to appear in AI-generated content. Photos of minors are not allowed.

3. Credits, prices and no refunds

Prices include VAT. Credits from packs stay valid for 12 months. Credits are a digital service delivered immediately: at checkout you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). No refunds are given for unused credits or for results you do not like.

If a generation fails or does not match what was sold, we regenerate it for free or return the credits. This legal guarantee of conformity is not affected.

Monthly plans (Creator, Studio) grant their credits at each paid period; unused credits stay valid until the end of the following period. Plans can be cancelled at any time for the next period; the current period is not refunded. Included twin trainings do not carry over.

4. Your content and your rights

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You receive a commercial license for every paid result. Free preview results carry a visible mark and are for personal use only.

You may not upload photos you have no right to use, generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexual, or that impersonates a real person without consent.

5. AI-generated content

Every result is AI-generated. Images carry a machine-readable marker (EU AI Act, art. 50). Do not present results as real photographs.

6. Data and deletion

You can delete all your results and uploads at any time from Settings, and delete your account. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and law

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Lithuanian law applies; EU consumers keep the protections of their own country.
